Dr. Rosecrance is Professor of Ergonomics and Human Factors with a 20-year history of research involving occupational health and safety in the construction industry. He has academic appointments in the Colorado School of Public Health and at Colorado State University in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. His primary research pertains to preventing occupational injuries and illnesses.

Marissa is a professional research assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. She has a B.S. in human development and family studies, and a Master degree in public health. Her primary research interests relate to using applied research to maximize public health. Marissa is a FSL project manager.
Dr. Natalie V. Schwatka | Colorado 303.724.4607
Dr. Schwatka is a research faculty member at the Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Center. She has a B.A. in psychology and M.S. and Ph.D. in occupational safety and health. Her primary research focuses on how to prevent work-related injuries, illnesses and fatalities through proactive strategies such as enhancing the safety leadership skills of all workers.
The Foundations for Safety
Leadership training course was developed as part of a research study titled, Enhancing Safety Climate through Leadership.
The project is funded by the CPWR: The Center for Construction Research and Training through a cooperative agreement from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).

Jamie is a construction research project manager at Northeastern University, an adjunct faculty member at the Tufts University School of Medicine, and an occupational ergonomist. She has 26 years of experience researching, designing, and conducting occupational health and safety training programs. Jamie coordinates the FSL project sites in the Greater Boston area.

Dr. Johnson is an Assistant Professor of Management CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business. Her primary research programs are related to leadership, leadership development, and training. She has extensive consulting experience and has created and delivered leadership development training, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice. She is FSL Project co-lead on Enhancing Safety Climate through Leadership.

Dr. Linda M. Goldenhar is the Director of Research and Evaluation at CPWR: The Center for Construction Research and Training. Her expertise is in safety climate/culture in construction, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and intervention evaluation.
